I absolutely adored the charming decor of the hotel. The beautiful artwork and tasteful ornaments throughout the common areas added a touch of elegance to my stay. It made me feel like I was staying in a cozy and inviting home, rather than a generic hotel. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The comfortable sofas in the lounge area allowed me to relax and unwind, and the well-equipped kitchen made it easy for me to prepare meals at my own convenience. The hotel's attention to detail and consideration for senior guests made my stay truly enjoyable.

If I could ask for one thing to make the vacation even better for senior people, it would be to have more staff members available to assist with luggage storage. It was a bit inconvenient to coordinate and there were not enough hands to help.

We had a pleasant stay at Mi Refugio. The location near the tram station made it easy to explore the city. The room was comfortable and the living room and outdoor pool were enjoyable spaces. We appreciated having a private bathroom that was cleaned daily. The hostess was very nice and helpful, making us feel welcome.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks such as the inconsistent water temperature in the shower and difficulty coordinating storage for our luggage, overall I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Alicante.
